Our client a well establish Insurance Company are actively looking to hire a Web Developer to improve their current/existing Web Pages and Company Intranet for a better user experience.

Location: London – Hybrid Working 2 to 3 Days Per Week
Day Rate: Upto £550prd (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)
Duration: 12 Months – Potential to go Temp to Perm

Duties:

Update / Improve companies Website & Company Internet to improve their Customer and Staff user experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience of improving Web Pages / Website and Company Intranets
  • Experience of .Net, HTML, JavaScript and CSS technologies, SQL Server
  • Experience of working on Front-End Web with links to Back-End, primarily Front End
  • Experience of working in a small team
  • Ability to resolve / overcome issues in relation bugs, challenges regarding improvement/updating websites/intranets
  • Strong communication and team working skills.

      User Researcher - hybrid (Manchester or Newcastle)

      Role description

      The User Researcher will work within the agile scrum team to define, plan and conduct user research with the goal of building team empathy needed to create positive outcomes and experiences for users – both internal users and external users. They will take a lead on scoping, planning, conducting and analysing the research by creating research plans, protocols and activities using qualitative quantitative or mixed-method approaches. They will analyse and synthesise research findings to translate insights into user needs and opportunities, communicating compelling user insights to the product owner, team and wider stakeholders. They will contribute research findings to enable evidence-based product and design decisions and will champion the user to ensure that the product delivers

      Essential skills and experience

      Experience of planning scoping conducting, analysing and communicating user research throughout the Agile product development lifecycle. Experience of qualitative user research methods including usability testing ethnographic observation interviews surveys contextual inquiry and focus groups. Experience of working within ann Agile scrum team, working acrosss Designers, Product Owners, Developers and other Researchers to prioritise research opportunities to support the roadmap in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment. Able to demonstrate the ability to translate research findings into specific prioritised recommendations to improve product designs
