We’re seeking a number of experienced Content Designers to join a major public sector digital programme, helping to design clear, accessible, user-centred content for services that make a real difference.

This would initially be a 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension as the programme is long term.

You’ll have strong GDS experience and a solid background delivering content design within the public sector. You’ll be comfortable working in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, designers, product managers and developers. You’ll create, iterate and maintain content that meets user needs, aligns with service goals, and complies with GDS standards.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Designer in GDS-aligned teams – Essential

• Available to start a new role in January and/or on a 2-week notice period

• Strong public sector delivery experience

• Experience designing accessible, plain-English content for digital services

User Researcher – GDS | Public Sector

Objective

Key Activities

• Draft, edit, and quality-review content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with requirements.

FPGA Design Engineer (Contract)

A leading engineering consultancy is seeking skilled FPGA Design Engineers to support high-integrity UK infrastructure and security programmes. These are long-term contract opportunities contributing to complex, safety-critical systems.

We are looking for engineers with a solid understanding of FPGA design and verification processes, ideally with experience delivering solutions from concept through to implementation and test. You’ll join a collaborative team working closely with end clients on national-level engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and verify FPGA solutions using VHDL.
