    The Data Governance Analyst with strong experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and metadata management to join our growing Data & Analytics team.

    You’ll play a key role in ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across our enterprise data landscape – supporting critical business and regulatory initiatives within the insurance domain.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
    • Work hands-on with Informatica IDMC (including Axon, EDC, and Data Quality components) to manage metadata, lineage, and data quality rules.
    • Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and business stakeholders to drive data governance adoption and maturity.
    • Develop and maintain metadata catalogs and ensure alignment with business glossaries and data models.
    • Analyse and document data flows, lineage, and definitions across key systems, especially within the insurance data landscape.
