We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and established Service Delivery Manager to join a major Insurance company in Norwich within a Tech resilience business area

For this role you must have:

• Working on a Tech Resilience project – deep data dive into the vulnerabilities and missing data across a number of IT systems
• Responsible for assessing the data hosted in the configuration management database (CMDB) and find out what is missing and is it accurate
• What actions need done to rectify the issues
• Bring this function into operational status
• Review the processes and process flows and liaise with multiple stakeholders to change the issues and rectify the problems
