Leading Financial Services company is looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join the Platform and Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of agreed Platform features and enhancements for both project teams and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure outputs are delivered on time and meet required quality standards
  • Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure:
    • Milestones and dependencies are clearly understood and tracked
    • Requirements are captured, documented, and communicated effectively to delivery teams
    • Stakeholders and project managers receive timely updates on progress

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working within an Analyst role
  • Experience of working within the Investment Management sector
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills
  • Proficiency with Jira, DevOps, or similar tools for backlog management and refinement
  • High-level understanding of data concepts, data architecture, and the importance of data integrity
  • SQL & ETL Knowledge
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities with the ability to pragmatically prioritise work based on business value and interdependencies
  • Experience delivering within an Agile environment

Working closely with programme leadership, data architects, and the Opex team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future-state data landscape and improving data-driven operational processes.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Conduct deep insight into the current-state data environment, including data sources, definitions, quality, and usage
      • Partner with the Data Architect to design the target data structure and governance framework
      • Work closely with the Opex team to support process improvement and transformation using robust data models, data dictionaries, and lineage documentation
