Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and migration of complex data sets for business-critical applications.

    Senior Business Analyst

    This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in mortgages and credit risk to join a high-profile transformation programme in a newly created role that offers you the chance to shape your own impact from day one.

    Day-to-day responsibilities:

    • Lead requirements gathering for complex mortgage servicing and origination initiatives (both residential and commercial)
    • Own analysis across a range of projects, with an immediate focus on credit risk profiling, risk/rating systems and journey design
    • Champion the Change Management Framework, ensuring rigour and best practice across the lifecycle

    For this role you should have:

    • Strong experience as a BA within financial services, ideally across multiple mortgage projects
    • Deep understanding of mortgage lifecycle is essential – origination, servicing, account opening
    • Proven work on credit risk or risk-related initiatives (e.g. ratings, profiling, decision systems)
    • Skilled in working alongside Product Owners, PMs, and cross-functional tech teams
    • Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and even MS Whiteboard for mapping journeys
    • A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively within cross-functional teams.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Acting as the go-to expert for ERP modules like Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
      • Working closely with stakeholders to understand what the business really needs and then making it happen within the ERP.
      • Leading system improvements, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
      • Analysing business processes, spotting inefficiencies, and designing better ways of working.
      • Writing clear, functional specs and working with tech teams to bring them to life.
      • Running testing, managing UAT, and making sure everything works before go-live.

        This role will be focusing on two strategic workstreams.

        1. Driving rebranding efforts across the newly acquired business
        2. Supporting the business readiness for the migration of pricing operations

        • Lead requirements gathering and process mapping for rebranding activity
        • Work with stakeholders across various business units to ensure a smooth rebrand rollout
        • Identify risks, dependencies, and key milestones across workstreams

        Experience Required;
