We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major integration programme within a leading UK insurer. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation initiative with long-term potential.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office (Bristol, Norwich, or Perth)

Contract Length: 6 months initially (programme expected to run 2-3 years)

Rate: Up to £515 per day (Inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support discovery and mobilisation phases of a large-scale integration programme
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
  • Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and process mapping
  • Identify and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams

Ideal Experience:

  • Strong background in business analysis within the insurance sector
  • Experience with claims processes (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Guidewire (highly desirable)
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively

This role is ideal for a proactive, business-focused BA with a solid understanding of insurance operations and transformation programmes.

                  Our prestigious South West based manufacturing client have a requirement for an interim IT Business Analyst to join the business on an initial 3 month engagement.

                  The IT Business Analyst will support the client’s IT and Digital Transformation and will be responsible for capturing both business and technical requirements across multiple projects within the transformation. This IT Business Analyst will work with a range of IT and Business stakeholders and will need to be comfortable bridging the gap between IT and non-technical stakeholders.
