Our client is seeking a Business Change Consultant to join one of their critical accounts. This role ensures users are at the heart of change delivery-shaping strategies, overcoming resistance, and driving successful adoption. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team, bringing energy, structure, and excellent communication skills to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse organisational context, culture, and change impacts.

  • Build senior sponsorship and advocacy for change.

  • Develop and deliver change management plans (communications, stakeholder engagement, training, workforce transition).

  • Lead relationships with client change teams and manage change agent networks.

  • Identify risks and resistance, creating strategies to mitigate them.

  • Manage communication channels (forums, town halls, FAQs).

  • Track adoption, utilisation, and readiness; ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual support.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.

  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and detail.

  • Experience in organisational change, ideally within large-scale or complex programmes.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, change management methodologies, and collaboration tools.

  • Strong planning and facilitation skills for workshops and client events.

You will be expected to undergo a DV clearance and so therefore the client can only accept Sole British Nationals.

    We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to lead Agile delivery across major digital transformation programmes.

    The role:

    • Initial 6-month contract

    • Outside IR35 paying £550-£600 per day.

    • 2 days per week in London (hybrid)

    • Requires MOD DV clearance

      Agile Coach

      We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help transition our working practices to embrace Agile methodology. The coach will mentor and guide our teams in how to figure out the best solutions for the challenges of their specific initiatives.

      Objectives of this role

      • Work with portfolio, program and project teams to analyse current systems and processes and design a strategy for adopting Agile best practices
      • Guide teams in how to stay on track with Agile techniques, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that overall strategy is being met
      • Lead Agile workshops for Program, Product Owners, Architects and functional teams, as well as for key stakeholders

      Deliver recommendations for the program to achieve:

      • Planning and designing the adoption of Agile across multiple teams.
      • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
      • Drive cultural change by championing an Agile mindset
      • Plan training sessions on Agile frameworks, like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
      • Foster a culture of openness and psychological safety.
      • Developing operating models or roadmaps for portfolio/program level Agile practices

      Responsibilities

      • Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching
      • Coach senior managers in Agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down
      • Communicate Agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organisation
      • Maintain objectivity regarding issues and how to troubleshoot them by applying Agile principles
      • Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status
      • Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain Agile practices and ensure smooth initiative delivery

      Required skills and qualifications.

      • Five or more years of experience as Agile coach, overall, 10 years delivering programs with Agility / Scaled Agile
      • Experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe, Less, Squads & Tribes)
      • Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments
      • Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity
      • Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
