Team Leader (Oracle HCM) – ESR Production Monitoring
Location: Warwick (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in-office)
Duration: 12 months
Clearance: BPSS
Inside IR35 £400 per day.

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Team Leader to oversee the monitoring of a live Oracle HCM-based production system. This critical role ensures service stability through real-time monitoring, incident management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Oracle HCM systems using tools like BSM
Identify and escalate issues impacting SLAs
Analyse performance metrics and generate reports
Collaborate with IT and support teams
Drive process improvements and mentor team members

What You’ll Need:
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM, OLTP, batch processing, and ITIL
Experience with BSM or similar monitoring tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Prior experience in production monitoring environments

Success Metrics:
Consistent SLA compliance
Timely and actionable reporting
Leadership in maintaining ESR system stability
