Sanderson Group is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Steering Coordinator. This role must be via an Umbrella and will be Hybrid – 2 days per week to Oxford.
Role: Steering Coordinator
Contract Length: End of year with possibility of extension.
Location: Oxford
IR35: Inside IR35
Accountability:
- Gather information from all internal and external sources on project relevant processes.
- Design, develop and manage project management tools for the successful implementation of a new contract.
- Implementation of project management tools to control and minimise risks.
- Collate, organise and measure and report the project status.
- Communication with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into proposed actions.
- Design end to end processes to ensure stable working operations.
- Prepare and present material for meetings and workshops with mid-level management teams.
- Ownership of Workwear Champions Circle at all necessary locations
Expected:
- Design, develop and implementation of benchmark concepts to improve the provision of workwear as a perceived quality service.
- Challenging our customers to change mindset and attitude to personal responsibility for their expectations towards workwear service provision.
- Motivating suppliers and customers to accept new practices.
Experience:
- Strong communication skills, in English and German
- Experience of contract management
- Ability to operate under pressure and able to find ways to resolve conflicts.
- Highly accurate in numeracy
- Expert in MS Excel, and building dashboards in Power BI
- Possess the tenacity to follow things through and ensure owners of issues shut them down with the required outcome.
