  • Our client is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager / Business Change contract with experience of writing intercompany service agreements. Ideally from an insurance/investment or Funds background.

Our a well known and well established insurance and investment company is currently looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager / SLA with Change Manager with experience of writing internal service level agreements.

Job Title: Service Delivery Manager / SLA Change Manager
Duration: 3 Months – Potential to Extend
Location: London / Hybrid
Day Rates: Competitive – Inside IR35 via Umbrella Company

Job Duties:

  • Engage with the relevant internal stakeholders and client representatives to gain a deep understanding of a set of services provided by the client and the expectations of our largest client.
  • Lead the drafting of clear, comprehensive, and measurable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that reflect agreed service standards, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the negotiation and agreement of SLAs between one division and another, ensuring alignment
  • Agree and document clear, structured Terms of Reference (ToR) for recurring and strategic meetings, ensuring clarity of purpose and roles & responsibilities,
  • Document all SLAs using approved templates and ensure consistency with group standards and governance frameworks.
  • Establish and manage a structured review process to ensure SLAs remain accurate, relevant, and up to date, incorporating feedback from key stakeholders.

Experience Required:

  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand diverse processes and translate them into user-friendly documents.
  • Experience of writing Service Level Agreements between internal divisions/companies
  • An understanding of the regulatory environment for Asset Managers.
  • Effective stakeholder and time management and multitasking abilities.
  • A keen attention to detail and ability to proof-read/edit documents.
  • Ideally working within an Insurance / Investment or Wealth Management environment.
  • MS Office Suite including Visio, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
