Senior/Lead Process Analyst

Our client a well known insurance and investment wealth organisation is currently looking to hire a Senior/Lead Process Analyst, with experience of working within a Private Market, Asset Management, Fund Management or Investment environment.

Title: Private Markets Process Analyst
Location: London (4 Days per Week – Moving to 2/3 Days)
Duration: 6 Months
Day Rate: Competitive – InsideIR35 via Umbrella Company

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of each key activity undertaken across the Private Markets Investment desks, primarily through interviews, research and reviews of existing documentation.
• Produce clear, high quality written procedures using the existing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) template ensuring compliance with group standards.
• Produce regular MI to track progress on the development of SOPs and quick reference summaries.
• Organise, publish and maintain these documents on the dedicated SharePoint site and establish a process for regular reviews.
• Conduct regular reviews with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of all process documentation.

Experience Required:

• Experience of working within an Asset Management, Fund Management or Investment environment
• Experience of working with Key Stakeholders
• Ability to Map End to End Processes
• Experience of Document Processing
• A keen attention to detail and ability to proof-read/edit documents.
• MS Office Suite including Visio, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
