New Senior Managing Consultant – Finance TOM contract role
Interim role to support Finance Transformation Target Operating Model within the public sector focussed on operational finance functions rather than technology
Key skills/experience required
- Designing and leading a financial TOM transformation
- Org design, roles in finance team, job descriptions, capabilities and skills required within finance function
- Running Finance TOM programmes within a consultancy
- Designing and running workshops with CFO
- Managing project budget and relationship with CFO
- Ensuring quality deliverables and outputs throughout
- Previous experience assessing the maturity of a finance function
