Service Centre Analyst – Ormskirk
Up to £30,000
An Ormskirk-based client are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team, providing 2nd line support for almost 1000 users UK-wide.
Responsibilities include:
- Resolving tickets via phone/remote access/email/visits
- Providing 2nd line support for PCs/Printers/Telephony/Servers/Network equipment
- Carrying out site visits when necessary
- On-call shifts
The ideal candidate will have:
- Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Experience providing second line support
- Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (client as well as server)
- Experience with Office products
- An understanding of Active Directory/Exchange/Networking/Client Refresh/TCP/IP/SQL
