Role: ServiceNow Engineer / Analyst
Rate: £500 -£550 per day inside IR35
Location: London (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integration and Management:

• Design, implement, and manage a data lake to aggregate data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data transformation and loading.

ServiceNow Front End Development:

• Develop and customise the ServiceNow front end to display data lake outputs.
• Implement and optimise ServiceNow dashboards per DORA 4 metrics.
• Ensure the ServiceNow interface is user-friendly and meets stakeholder requirements.

Advanced ServiceNow Capabilities:

• Utilise ServiceNow spotlight, process mining, and clustering for enhanced data analysis.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow applications to support business processes.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support team members on ServiceNow functionalities.
