About the role

Deep experience of the following:

Oracle Fusion PaaS Analytics, OIC and Data Platform
Good understanding of multiple Technologies and Integrations
Ability to write clear documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience in full development life cycle and experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment
Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation experience
Ability to work with all project phases including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing, Production Support
Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business analysis skills, process mapping, and streamlining and / or adapting business processes
Legacy infrastructure experience plus digital integration experience

Essential Skills

Proven record in bringing initiative-taking technical improvements and value additions to clients in Oracle supporting technologies, in either moving to SaaS
Experience in engaging with Client stakeholders to develop solutions, build deployment plans and suggesting initiative-taking functional and technical improvements.
Experience in leading workshops, design discussions, testing strategy, stakeholder management and training.
Ability to engage and bring agreement from internal stakeholders through solution and project/opportunity governance.
Ability to articulate solutions in Business Language and Lead Discussion
