Programme Manager Part VII

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-profile, complex programme within the insurance industry.

Key Requirements:

• Part VII experience is highly desirable. If not, you must bring exceptional governance expertise and a proven track record of managing regulatory-driven programmes.
• Insurance industry background is essential.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, cross-functional programmes, ideally involving regulatory engagement and board-level stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a master programme plan with approximately 10 workstreams, including documentation and reporting.
• Comfortable operating at Board level, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and calm under pressure – you thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
