Product Owner
Location: UK (Hybrid, with flexibility for client site travel)

We’re looking for a Product Owner who combines strategic thinking with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This is an opportunity to lead product vision and delivery in a dynamic, client-facing environment while shaping innovative digital services.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product vision and ensure each iteration delivers maximum value.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, working closely with Business Analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile squads to deliver user-centred solutions.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders during sprint reviews and project updates.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and client pitches.
- Support internal initiatives such as thought leadership, practice development, and team events.
- Champion agile principles and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in user-centred product or service development.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and product ownership.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to step into roles such as BA or Service Designer when needed.
- Relevant agile certifications (e.g., PSPO, PSM) or commitment to obtain them.
Desirable:
- Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles.
- Consulting experience in digital transformation projects.
