- Our client is currently looking to hire a Principal Business Analyst with a proven experience of migration of data, personal lines etc. Must have Insurance background and leading a team of BA's.

Our client a well known Insurance Company are looking to hire a Principal Business Analyst to work closely with the Programme Manager on a large migration programme, therefore must have experience of working within the insurance industry sector.
Position: Principal Business Analyst
Location: Bristol, Norwich or Perth (Scotland) – Hybrid 2 Days per week on-site (London Location a Potential Option)
Day Rate: Competitive (via Umbrella Company (Inside IR35)
Job Duties:
- Help to shape the road map for the migration programme
- Be more a strategist not just a Senior Business Analyst (Consultancy background would be good experience)
- Treatment Plans
- Management/Supervisor a Team of Business Analyst
- Tuned and ability to understands the complexities and turmoil and can be sensitive to a a larger Transition/Migration Programme
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven Business Analysis Background (Lead/Principal Level)
- Have a Strategist Background not just a Senior Business Analysis background
- Will have proven track record of seeing a program from inception to mobilisation and can run a team of Business Analysts
- M&A & Integration experience
- Solid background in General Insurance
- Experience of Product, Structure, Personal Lines, Policy Admin Systems, Claims, Audit, Data & Analytics and other areas of Insurance
- Must have operated at this level previously and had experience of running 2 or more programmes simultaneously
- Can help bring teams together
- Build and run a high performing teams
- Work and support outside teams
- Good influencing skills
- Key Stakeholder Engagement
