About the Role:

I am currently seeking a diligent PMO Administrator to join my client’s team in Stoke on Trent. As the PMO Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management team to ensure the smooth operation and efficient delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Management team with Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
  • Maintain a master list of suppliers/equipment/prices.
  • Track quotations requested and liaise with Project Managers.
  • Raise/monitor purchase orders.
  • Reconcile invoices against purchase orders/verify resource-based invoices.
  • Establish robust processes for equipment/licenses.
  • Foster relationships with Sales and Finance departments.
  • Assist with office admin duties.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Programme Delivery Lead.
  • Ensure accurate financial documentation/record-keeping.
  • Promptly inform Project Managers of potential risks/issues.


  • NVQ Diploma in Business and Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience providing coordination support to complex business functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with internal CMDB and accounting systems.
  • Previous support experience with Project Management Teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
  • UK Security Check (SC) clearance required or eligible.
