PMO ADMINISTRATOR – STOKE ON TRENT
Up to £65,000
Location: Stoke on Trent
About the Role:
I am currently seeking a diligent PMO Administrator to join my client’s team in Stoke on Trent. As the PMO Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management team to ensure the smooth operation and efficient delivery of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Management team with Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
- Maintain a master list of suppliers/equipment/prices.
- Track quotations requested and liaise with Project Managers.
- Raise/monitor purchase orders.
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders/verify resource-based invoices.
- Establish robust processes for equipment/licenses.
- Foster relationships with Sales and Finance departments.
- Assist with office admin duties.
- Provide weekly reports to the Programme Delivery Lead.
- Ensure accurate financial documentation/record-keeping.
- Promptly inform Project Managers of potential risks/issues.
Requirements:
- NVQ Diploma in Business and Administration or equivalent.
- Experience providing coordination support to complex business functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Experience with internal CMDB and accounting systems.
- Previous support experience with Project Management Teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
- UK Security Check (SC) clearance required or eligible.
