People Change Lead – People Change/Transformation/Matrix environment/people workstreams/stakeholder management/People impacts/workforce planning/people strategy/Capability mapping

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and established People Transformation Lead to join a major Insurance company in York or Bristol within the people function.

For this role you must have:

  • Responsible for the training pipeline and plan – managing the people plan and mapping the impacts across the whole business – capability gaps, training plans and human capital
  • Must have an understanding of workforce planning, operational design and how it looks in terms of business strategy
  • Potentially architected an organisational design not just lead it
  • Understanding of HR and people function to connect the dots – must have people strategy experience
  • Experience working in large complex matrix environments – essential
  • Track and monitor People Plan activity – keeping relevant stakeholders up to date and managing exceptions to the Plan (including any wider issues and risks that require management)
  • Training pipeline and plan – managing the people plan and mapping the impacts.
  • Coordinating day-to-day workstream activities, such as scoping, planning and mobilising People & Organisation workstream activities, including co-developing People & Organisation workstream strategy,
