Initial 3-Month Contract
We’re supporting a global leader in uranium enrichment for the civil nuclear industry, currently delivering a major transformation across its operational risk function. To support this, we’re looking to engage a small team of experienced Operational Risk professionals to work alongside leads in the areas of framework development, governance, and management information (MI) implementation.
These support-level roles offer the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to high-impact programmes shaping the future of operational risk across a critical infrastructure organisation.
Key Areas of Focus (depending on your background):
- Supporting the development and rollout of a refreshed Operational Risk Management Framework.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of effective governance structures and oversight mechanisms.
- Contributing to the buildout and integration of risk reporting/MI tools and data analytics.
- Collaborating across teams to embed risk considerations into business processes.
Ideal Experience:
- Background in operational risk within highly regulated sectors (e.g. nuclear, energy, utilities, financial services).
- Experience supporting risk governance, risk frameworks, or risk MI/reporting initiatives.
- Comfortable working in complex environments and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and international risk standards (e.g. ISO 31000) is desirable.
If you’ve supported risk transformation programmes and want to be part of a significant industry project, we’d like to hear from you.
