Leading Ecommerce company is looking to recruit a Machine Learning Engineer to work on AI business requirements.

You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing scalable machine learning solutions, investigating large datasets, and driving business impact through experimentation and deep-dive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models at scale using Python and industry-standard libraries (e.g. NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Work with large, complex datasets: extract, clean and transform data to prepare it for modeling and analysis.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical experiments to evaluate model performance and measure business impact.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Develop and maintain production-ready pipelines and model monitoring systems.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend optimisations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficient Python programming skills with experience in ML and data science libraries.
• Strong background in data engineering: comfortable with ETL, SQL, and working with large-scale datasets (e.g., Spark, BigQuery, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience designing and running A/B tests, with a solid understanding of statistical methods.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building impactful solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a fast-paced consumer-focused industry.
• Vertex AI/ GCP
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
