About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Lincolnshire, supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects across the business.

Working closely with the Programme Manager, you will help coordinate projects that sit at the intersection of business change and technology, including system implementations and integrations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives.

  • Work alongside the Programme Manager to coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliers

  • Assist with system implementation and integration projects

  • Track project progress, risks, and issues

  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting updates

  • Help manage communications and engagement during business change initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar role

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work across both business and technology stakeholders

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites

  • Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week

Desirable
