Junior Broker

Purpose: Support Brokers/Senior Brokers across quoting, cross‑market comparisons, insurer follow‑ups and focused customer clarifications-building toward full Broker responsibility over time.
What you’ll do
- Run multi‑portal submissions and cross‑reference quotes across 2-4 insurers/MGAs.
- Chase underwriters/insurers to keep cases moving and maintain momentum.
- Call or email customers to clarify proposal details (property specifics, jewellery, declared values, etc.).
- Handle lower‑complexity quotes to build confidence and speed.
What you’ll bring
- Ideally 6-12+ months’ household broking experience (more is welcome); adjacent insurance backgrounds (sales/underwriting/complaints/pet) also considered if you’re sharp and trainable.
- Acturis experience is a plus; otherwise, you’re systems‑fluent and quick to learn insurer portals.
- Highly organised, resilient, customer‑first communicator who enjoys office energy and hands‑on learning.
