IT Supplier Manager/Vendor Manager/Service Delivery Manager
IT Supplier Manager/Vendor Manager required for a leading organisation based in Wiltshire.
Engagement is via Umbrella company only.
Hybrid working – 1-2 days per week on site.
Supplier manager to manage the relationship with an incumbent, 3rd party network provider, ensuring targets and SLAs are met both on time and in a professional manner.
Strong communication, skills, are essential, as well as extensive experience engaging with 3rd parties and stakeholders.
This is very much a BAU role to ensure an already proficient service continues as is.
Experience working within an ITIL framework very useful.
