A new hands-on IT Manager position has become available within an agile, fast growing digital-age business, with an ever-expanding client base! As an IT Manager you will work to drive technology performance across the organisation, leading a small IT support team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love optimising technology for business success, this role is for you!

Previous experience working within hospitality/ events or similar industry is essential!

IT Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology solutions to enhance performance.
• Lead and manage the internal IT team and third-party vendors.
• Oversee IT Service Desk operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Handle requirements assessments, RFPs for new technologies, solutions, and partners.
• Control changes to IT systems to minimize disruption.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, warranties, and contracts.
• Provide technical support for network and server infrastructure (Fortinet, Aruba, Windows, Linux, Azure).
• Ensure robust patch management and data backup solutions.
• Manage IT incidents to minimize downtime.
• Foster effective relationships with stakeholders for successful service delivery.

IT Manager Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse technology trends and produce data visualizations.
• Proficient in Networking, Microsoft Server Infrastructure, Azure or AWS and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with backup software (Veeam), antivirus and Mobile Device Management (Endpoint Manager).
• Experience with EPOS systems
• Full clean driving license.
