6 Months Initially with scope to extend

Multiple offices but a strong preference for someone who could go to the South-East at least once a week – must be UK based

I’m working in partnership with a well-known financial services brand on an exclusive role to hire an Interim IT Change Comms Manager. This is a brilliant team I’ve worked on a number of hires with. They are a supportive and collaborative team. Strong Comms leaders and great individuals on the project team.

Working closely with the project team and communications function, you will define, devlop and deliver the internal communications strategy for the change project.

We are looking for:

• Financial Services experience
• Experience in large, complex matrixed organisations – essential
• Experience leading communications on major IT transformations – essential
• Experience leading Communications on multiple change projects, ideally within Change Communication specific roles
• Someone who can be hands-on, as well as strategic
• Strong writing skills and knowledge across a variety of channels
• Ability to quickly build relationships with Project teams with confident stakeholder management
