Job Title: Head of Digital Delivery
Rate: £700 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: TBC
Location: Hybrid – Reading (1 day per week onsite)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products, platforms, and services across a large and complex organisation. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic direction with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring digital initiatives deliver measurable value and support wider organisational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of digital programmes and portfolios at pace
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Align digital delivery with business strategy and user needs
• Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Implement and champion agile methodologies and best practices
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across business and technology
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and outcomes

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital delivery programmes or portfolios
• Strong track record of delivering complex digital initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of agile delivery frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
• Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
