ServiceNow Functional Analyst / Scrum Master
Remote role
Umbrella / £450 per day

Sanderson is currently working with a business who require a ServiceNow SME with good functional skills and experience of Agile Methodologies to oversee and guide the ServiceNow Development team and run daily Scrum meetings / Stand Ups.
- In depth knowledge of ServiceNow Platform in particular Employee Centre, Finance and Procurement
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- A professional qualification as a Scrum Master (e.g.,Scrum.org’s Professional Scrum Master certification (Level I, Level II, Level III)
- Experience of sizing technical projects related to Service Now
- Experience of developing workflows and processes into Service Now
- Experience of Process and Customer Journey mapping
- Experience of engaging authoritatively and effectively with internal colleagues and external suppliers
- Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities
