Dynamics 365 Technology Manager

Location: Manchester (2 days a week in office)
Salary: Up to £82,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Dynamics 365 CE and Policy Systems Manager to join an incredible client’s Manchester-based team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and enhance their Group Sales, CRM, and Policy Administration systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Shaping/delivering the portfolio of improvement work (Group Sales/CRM/Policy Admin Systems) built on Dynamics 365
• Contributing to functional, process and pricing logic design improvements (being hands-on/technical) as well as managing the project work (delivery side)
• Managing the production support of the above systems, minimising requirement for manual production support after projects go live
• Monitoring/managing improvements to data quality
• Lead a team of 5 Business Analysts including coaching to improve skills/managing assignments/performance
• Leading recruitment of new team members
• Continuously improving methods/tools related to requirements gathering/process design/user accepting testing

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager and/or Senior Business Analyst on CRM and Policy Admin system projects.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering/process design/user acceptance testing across multiple projects.
• Experience working with development teams (on-shore and off-shore) following agile methodologies.
• Strong project management skills using structured methodologies (e.g., Prince 2)
• Strong Dynamics 365/CE/CRM experience
• Strong technical background with a willingness to be involved with the technical side (deliver/shape the project work end-to-end)
• A passion for change and improvement – seeing the impact of the changes you make will happen frequently
• The confidence to suggest improvements/new tech if it is something that will solve a business problem/improve efficiency
