Customer Service Executive – Financial Services
Location: Sussex Office
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, Flexible Hybrid Working
Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 (DOE) + Benefits

Our client, a leading financial services provider in West Sussex, is expanding and looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer support skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers and members.
- Manage enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat).
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Build knowledge of financial products, compliance, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or client support.
- Financial services, banking, or insurance experience is a plus (not essential).
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Organised, self-motivated, and confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
