Customer Insight Analyst- Tableau
£400-£450 pd via Umbrella
2-3 days per week in the Southwest London based office
Leading business is looking to recruit a Customer Insight Analyst on a 12-month contract. You will Partner with Marketing and Sales to deliver customer insights that align with strategic goals.
Role:
- Support marketing teams with web analytics, including custom dashboards and presentations.
- Maintain and enhance existing analytics and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Measure the impact of marketing efforts on customer engagement and behaviour.
- Lead analytics projects from data collection to analysis, visualisation, and reporting.
- Track usage metrics and interpret trends in customer behaviour across the lifecycle.
- Build data models and tools for segmentation, benchmarking, trend analysis, and competitive insights.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in analytics, with experience creating dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Advanced skills in Tableau for building data visualisations and reports.
- Proficient in exploratory and quantitative data analysis.
- Skilled in SQL and Python for developing and managing ETL workflows.
- Experience designing and analysing A/B tests to improve marketing performance.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Excellent communicator, able to explain complex data clearly to stakeholders.
