Role overview:

This position is for a Compliance Manager with the opportunity working for a top performing speciality insurer. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will play a key role in the stakeholder management, and day-to-day operation of the Compliance function across the group.

Required Experience:

• Extensive experience within the Lloyd’s of London insurance market.
• Thorough understanding of PRA (Prudential Regulation Authority) and FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) requirements.

The Role:

• Ensure the organisation’s adherence to Lloyd’s Principles.
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and training to support business needs in regulatory compliance.
• Oversee and manage the regulatory framework, including horizon scanning for new regulations.
• Own and manage various compliance due diligence processes.
• Administer the sanctions and financial crime compliance framework.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive regulatory training strategy.
• Establish and oversee the organisation’s formal compliance monitoring program.
• Monitor processes to ensure positive customer outcomes.
• Maintain and manage compliance registers and logs.
