Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for Change Manager to be Reading based out.

Location = Reading /Remote

Duration= 6 months Initially

Job Description:

• Create a structured plan to guide individuals and teams through the change. Responsible for planning and managing business change activities on Information Governance Programme, developing an appropriate journey for impacted business areas.
• Drive the use of appropriate elements of the Business Change Approach to support the business in managing complex change, including new ways of working.
• Support the implementation, adoption of Information Governance Programme
• Define and develop the communication and engagement approach and plan to ensure the engagement and commitment of stakeholder groups, including choosing the appropriate tools and channels. Own, plan and manage the design, development and delivery of quality, accurate and timely communication and engagement materials and activities.
• Plan and facilitate engagement sessions (one-to-one and project-wide) with impacted business areas.

Some Specific Skills:

• Substantial previous experience of working across most or all Business Change disciplines on large scale transformational projects and programmes.
• Exceptional customer focus, ensuring that customer benefits are always at the forefront of activity.
• Experience of managing transformation project lifecycles
• Strong networking skills, building stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior level.
• Able to scope and specify requirements for specialist input e.g. training, communications to meet business needs.
• Can demonstrate experience in influencing cultural change.
