Role: Business Change Consultant (Junior – Manager)
Day Rate: £450 – £650pd Outside IR35
Location: Central London twice weekly
Clearance required: ACTIVE SC clearance & NPPV2/3 (NPPV2 sponsorship available)
Duration:6 month Work Package (2 year programme)
Start date: April
We’re hiring experienced Business Change professionals to support a major policing‑sector transformation programme, delivering cultural, behavioural and operational change via a consultancy in a high‑profile, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change planning, impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop communications, training and adoption plans.
- Support cultural change and embed new ways of working.
- Drive readiness and ensure successful implementation across workstreams.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in business change within large transformation programmes – Justice or Policing environments is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills within a public‑sector or policing environment.
- A fresh outlook and pro-activity to deliver innovative solutions
Clearance
- Minimum: SC Clearance (essential)
- NPPV2 desirable – sponsorship available
