Our market leading client based in Bristol are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Change Manager to help on a longer term organisational and Operating model transformation programme.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong skills and experience in the following areas:
- Business Change Management care skill set – gap analysis and impact assessments, process re-engineering, capability and skills mapping, training needs analysis, and of course winning hearts and minds!
- Organisational and cultural change project exposure
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities at all levels of business users.
Hybrid role with an average of 3 day a week on site in Bristol.
