Business Change Manager / Remote / 6 Mo contract /£415 p/d

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support a Group-wide Local Compliance Programme, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of technology and process changes across the organisation.

Working closely with business, project, and technology teams, you will lead change activities across solution delivery and Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation, ensuring impacts are understood and new ways of working are effectively embedded.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business change activities across the programme
  • Conduct impact assessments across people, processes, and technology
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including communications and training
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, operational, and technical teams
  • Support solution design and implementation to ensure successful user adoption
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across business and project teams
  • Lead business readiness activities and ensure smooth rollout of changes
  • Support the delivery and embedding of the Target Operating Model (TOM), including roles, governance, and processes
  • Monitor adoption and embed sustainable change across the organisation

Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Business Change Manager within large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong track record delivering Target Operating Model (TOM) implementations
  • Experience supporting system implementations, digital transformation, or business process change initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities
