Are you a detail-driven Business Analyst with a passion for clarity, customer fairness, and stakeholder collaboration? We’re looking for someone to join our financial services client on a large migration programme helping to shape the future of their Life and Pensions customer correspondence. Hybrid working in Bristol or York – 2 days per week in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing and analysing customer-facing documents to ensure they’re clear, accurate, and aligned with Consumer Duty standards.
- Applying conditional logic to documents – understanding how “if this, then that” rules affect what customers see.
- Comparing legacy and new outputs to ensure consistency and identify any gaps in customer information.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to validate document content and ensure the right options are being communicated.
- Challenging and pushing back when something doesn’t look right – your eye for detail will be key.
- Supporting migration projects by ensuring documentation transitions smoothly and accurately.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with Life and Pension products – understanding how they work and how they’re communicated.
- A basic grasp of Consumer Duty and how it impacts customer communications.
- Confidence in analysing documents
- Experience applying conditional logic rules to drive outcomes would be helpful.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to ask the right questions and build consensus.
- A proactive mindset with the courage to challenge and improve.
- Experience in a migration environment is a bonus.
