Business Analyst – Capability Assessments

6 Month Initial Contract

2 days per week on site (Central London)

£650 – £750/day (Inside IR35 – Umbrella Only)

A major speciality insurance organisation is looking for a Business Analyst who has Operating Model experience to assist with a range of capability assessments.

This individual will be working alongside 2 Business Architects – facilitating workshops, taking notes, gathering information and outputs and following up, challenging and working with the stakeholders involved (Claims, underwriting, product, Business Development)

Candidates will need the following experience evidenced in their CV to be considered for the position:

• Vast insurance experience (Compulsory), London market of speciality insurance experience (Highly desirable)
• Target operating model design or strategy delivery experience (Compulsory)
• Capability modelling experience (Highly desirable)
• Worked closely with Architects previously
• Setting up and facilitating workshops

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at senior level
• Proactive and able to join the dots from information they have gathered
