Role Purpose
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a new IT Observability Service that will enhance visibility and performance management across applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Architecture
* Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
* Define observability use cases, workflows, data needs, and integration requirements.
* Support design of processes for monitoring, alerting, event handling, dashboards, and reporting.
* Facilitate workshops and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
* Produce documentation including requirements, user stories, process maps, and service definitions.
* Support testing, onboarding, and service adoption activities.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation.
* Understanding of monitoring, logging, or observability concepts.
* Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to translate technical detail into clear business language.
* Experience with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk).
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and cloud platforms.
* Knowledge of AIOps or SRE practices.
