Senior Business Analyst – 12‑Month FTC (Hybrid)

• £50,000 to £60,000 base + bonus + pension + 25 days holiday.
• Bournemouth
• 2 days per week in the office.

We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s business change portfolio team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract of employment. This hybrid role offers flexible working, with two days per week required in the office.

The Opportunity

You’ll deliver high‑quality business analysis across the full business change lifecycle, from shaping ideas through to successful delivery. Working closely with stakeholders, architects, and project teams, you’ll define and document requirements, manage risks and dependencies, ensure end‑to‑end traceability, and support effective delivery practices.

• Strong process modelling skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
• Experience defining scope and high‑level requirements
• Proven background in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Experience operating in complex matrix organisations
• Ability to produce and coach others on analysis artefacts
• Clear and confident communication
• Strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills
• Good examples of where and how you have improved ways of working
