BI and Reporting Lead

Rate- £650 outside IR35

Duration- 6 months / Contract until the end of 2024

Location- Reading Office, twice a week on site

Are you a seasoned BI and Reporting expert ready to make a significant impact? We’re going to market for a leading waterproofing / manufacturing client and we’re seeking a talented individual to drive strategy and spearhead a transformation in their data landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Reduce Data Warehouse clutter and streamline BI tools.
• Lead strategy implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
• Transition from legacy platforms to a consolidated, efficient system.
• Proactively manage support and resolutions, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions
• Reset BI operations, stabilise processes, and propel the department forward.

Required Experience/ skills:

• Proven track record in BI and Reporting
• Familiarity with complex organisational structures (manufacturing experience not mandatory)
• Leadership experience with strong people management skills
• Proficiency in managing multiple 3rd party tools simultaneously.
• Prior migration experience is essential.
• Familiarity with SAP Analysis Cloud, BW, Copybacks, and EPRs (desirable)
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with stakeholders
• Proficient in Medalion Architecture
• Reliable and true to commitments
• Possesses a pragmatic, level-headed approach.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
