SAP S4/Hana Application Services Lead
£75,000 (d.o.e) + 15% bonus, 6% pension, 15 days holiday, private health (family)
Reading- onsite 3 days per week

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Hana application services lead to join an established IT Services team in a newly created role.
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of application support services to business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outcomes, adhering to kpi’s and sla’s.
You will:
- Build relationships with business stakeholders, the internal IT team and 3rd party technical partner.
- Build and manage the demand pipeline and release management lifecycle.
- Manage design and run of application services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency and optimise resource allocation.
Key skills & experience:
- Have a strong background in SAP ERP, S/4 Hana
- Proven background in professional services or consulting- beneficial
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven background in providing application support services- essential
As the application services lead you will oversee the delivery of S4/Hanah support services with a direct and wider 3rd party team of 80 heads. You will help to evolve the role over time as you are involved in major ongoing programmes and will have good visibility across the business providing plenty of opportunity for growth and development.
