We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of cutting-edge automation and AI initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering intelligent automation solutions that create real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects
- Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Define delivery roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
- Oversee risk, budget, and stakeholder communication
- Drive adoption of AI/automation best practices and frameworks
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and intelligent automation technologies (e.g. RPA, NLP)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders
Clearance
- Active SC Clearance is required for this role
Desirable
- Background in large-scale enterprise or public sector environments
- Experience with tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, or similar
- Relevant certifications in Agile, project delivery, or AI
