Locations: Hybrid 1-3 days in London

Duration: 6 Months Rolling (Long term Programme)

Rate: £600 - £800 per day (Inside IR35)

With an ever growing portfolio of programmes this is an opportunity to join a thriving consultancy who are driving new and bold solutions within Transport, Defence, Government, National Security and the wider Public Sector.

They are looking for a Technical Programme Lead - Transport Delivery Manager with Highways or Transport sector experience across digital, software and systems change & transformation projects to be deployed into their experienced teams on programmes throughout their transport portfolio.

Working as a Technical Programme Lead - Transport Delivery Manager you will have skill sets around the below areas:

• Must have highways and or transport programmes.
• Full programme delivery lifecycle.
• Technical/IT background in change & transformation projects ideally around software and systems.
• Design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) and looking at future needs.
• Delivering multiple complex deliverables to certain time frames.
• Providing leadership and management across complex programmes.
• Diverse Stakeholder management.

The ideal Technical Programme Lead - Transport Delivery Manager will have highways and transport programme experience within the software and digital space.

With a London base location and being onsite 1-3 days a week dependent on the needs of the programme.
