This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quality Specialist or Team Coach/Leader to join a well-established Business Services Provider for the Life & Pensions Industry.

The company provides services to most of the top UK L&P insurers and is one of the largest players in the Life & Pension space. Due to this, employees within the business have excellent progression opportunities inside the company and in other businesses within the group.

The purpose of the role is to undertake checks on the quality levels of the Customer Services area, monitoring the standards of written work and customer phone calls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and coaching support
  • Investigate and escalate Rule Breaches
  • Conduct quality reviews

Experience required:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office system knowledge
  • Knowledge of Life & Pension products
  • Ability to train staff
  • Ability to construct efficient procedure notes
