A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Change Manager to join an exciting organisation, part of the UK Police. This is a great opportunity, enabling the successful applicant to prepare the business for the impact of changes.
The client is a national regulator, an extension of the Home Office. You will be joining a team with a fantastic ethos and culture.
The Change Manager will prepare the business for the impact of changes, provide leadership and delivery, prepare and update the business case, create change products, maintain change plans, monitor business readiness, manage stakeholders, provide guidance and support and advise the team.
- Change Management qualification
- Track record delivering organisation-wide change
- Excellent communicator
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Strong influencer and negotiator
- Understanding of the police
- Proven experience in benefits management
On offer is a salary of £28,000 - £46,800. On top of this, you will also receive a civil service pension, remote working and more.
For those in London, the top end is £46,800 and for those outside of London, the top end is £40,500.
Although this role is fully remote, you may have to travel to different sites on occasion: London / Harrogate / County Durham / Coventry.
Due to the nature of this role, only those with eligibility for NPPV3 / SC / NPPV2 / CTC clearance will be eligible for interview.
