Recruitment Business Partner (In-house) - Bristol

I am delighted to be supporting one of Bristol's largest employers who are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join and form part of a new in house resourcing model. This is a permanent role based in central Bristol with the opportunity to work remotely 1 or 2 days per week.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Provide an effective recruitment service across the organisation with a focus on effective business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support and implement attraction and delivery strategies and implement agreed recruitment principles and processes.
  • Support key stakeholders at all levels with specialist recruitment advice and guidance.

We are looking for a resourcing specialist with an agency or RPO background who has at a least 2 years in-house experience. Effective business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills will be essential for this position, you will be expected to provide specialist advice and guidance to hiring managers on the most appropriate talent attraction strategies taking into consideration costs, time to hire and market conditions. Experience of recruiting for a IT / Technology specialisms would be beneficial but is not essential.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven in-house resourcing experience.
  • Excellent business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience of effective direct sourcing within an in house or agency environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive and organised approach with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
