Senior Project Manager - Business Change - General Insurance

Our Yorkshire based Insurance client have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the business to deliver a number of Business Change workstreams as part of a major strategic growth, acquisition and integration initiative.

£50,000 to £60,000 + Benefits

The client require an experienced Senior Project Manager from the Insurance industry, and also someone who has extensive experience of leading complex Business Change projects within their career.

This is an exciting time to be joining the organisation, as you will be joining at a time of major and sustained growth, with a number of strategically important business acquisitions and integrations planned over the next few years.

This Senior PM will be responsible for leading and delivering a range of complex business change projects through the full project lifecycle as part of this Growth and integration programme, so you can expect to be working on a range of people, process and technology change and integration projects, giving you a wide exposure of delivery experience, and also a wealth of opportunities to operate at a senior level with stakeholders up to Exec level.


Experience required:

  • Extensive and broad Project Management experience
  • Strong previous experience of managing projects within the General Insurance industry (Mandatory)
  • Proven track record of delivering a range of Business Change projects across their career
  • Previous experience of managing change projects as part of company growth, acquistion or integrations would be desirable, but not essential
  • Experience of shaping and developing future change strategies and initiatives
  • Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to report and present to c-suite stakeholders


NB: This role will initially be remote due to the current Covid-19 guidelines, however, there will be an expectation that this role will require this person to work from their office in Yorkshire for 1-2 days per week in the future, with some additional travel to other UK sites as required.
