Our client, a leading and expanding IT MSP located in the Bristol area, and a Microsoft cloud service provider, is looking to hire a 1st line support engineer

The successful candidate will offer outsourced, 1st line IT support (Service desk), security, hybrid cloud as well as modern workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • 1st line tech support via phone, email, remote and deskside.
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Troubleshoot & resolve hardware, software and network issues to provide resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the 2/3 tier support or to the relevant supplier.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely & effective problem resolution.
