PKI Architect

They are looking for a PKI Architect to play a key role in the design and delivery of a MOD cryptography project.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of PKI and Cryptography solution design (HLD & LLD)
• Experience in MS Certificate Management Services, Active Directory Domain Services and certificate management solutions.
• Experience with SSL certificate management (OpenSSL and Certutil).
• Experience with Hardware security module (HSM) technology and Key Management Server (KMS) technology.
• Experience with Azure or AWS architectures for PKI management.

Infrastructure QA Lead (SC Cleared or Clearable)

Overview:

The Infrastructure QA lead (SC Cleared or Clearable) will be joining a leading organisation to drive efforts to produce QA and test deliverables, validate data centre infrastructure designs, encompassing network design, performance and implementation.

Experience:

• In depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs).
• Familiarity with network hardware (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with network simulation tools and monitoring platforms (e.g. SIPp, iPerf, JMeter, Solarwinds).
• Knowledge of VMWare platform management and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret packet captures, network logs and performance testing results effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Able to manage a team of non-functional QA engineers through technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of test documentation (test plans and test specifications/scripts) with the team.
• Validate infrastructure designs, network configurations, protocols and interoperability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and designs, supporting the team in the translation into test scenarios and scripts.
• Work with customers to understand network design and performance considerations.
• Identify design issues and raise queries to support accurate test development.
• Identify opportunities for automation of test activities where possible
• Support the test execution process for each test phase.
• Be an escalation point for matters relating to infrastructure, network and performance QA activities.
• Provide technical expertise in network and performance QA testing, automation, processes and tools & techniques across our teams and our clients.

3rd Line Network Engineer

Software Engineer (all levels, multiple roles)

Salary up to £85,000 for senior candidates (potentially £90,000 for an exceptional candidate)

London or Cheltenham location (slightly lower salary in Cheltenham due to London weighting)

Must be eligible for the highest level of UK Government clearance

Sanderson Government and Defence are working with one of the biggest names in Defence and National Security who are looking to recruit a significant number of Software Engineers for their teams in London and Cheltenham.

Due to the number of openings they are reasonably open minded on wider tech, however Python or Java should form part of your core skillset. Cloud experience would also be advantageous (and a requirement at the upper end of the salary banding), ideally with AWS, although this is not a dealbreaker.

You must be eligible for a high level of government clearance (eDV), and we currently require you to obtain this ahead of commencing the role.

3rd/4th Line Engineer

Salary up to a max of £60,000 + a package of up to £7,000/annum + pension

Basingstoke or London location – full time

Must be eligible for DV clearance

Sanderson Government and Defence are once again partnering with a major employer in the UK Defence sector who are looking for an experienced support engineer to come in to act as an engineer on long term projects as well as a high level escalation point for the service desk.
