Role Overview
You will configure, maintain, and optimise a critical Electronic Document and Records Management System, ensuring secure, compliant handling of sensitive information across operational and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and enhance the EDRMS platform
  • Maintain metadata, retention schedules, and classification models
  • Ensure compliance with information governance and security standards
  • Support digital continuity and secure lifecycle management
  • Provide guidance, training, and user support
  • Work closely with IT and security teams
